THere is a video but it is all performance , so we would be able to do something completely different to it. I dno about the lyrics in it tho....





Mike is tihnking off a more abstract video, so this song might work for that.

General idea for video-
Waking up late for performance, characters trying to get changed whilst running down the busy streets (markets?) - tracking shots from the side of running, closeups for lipsynching

switching characters as they go past walls (see Roll Deep - When I'm 'Ere)

Grab food and hair products from people and stools and apply them on the way. Throw apple away and have a cutaway of apple in bin (slow mo?) have shots of runing in puddles and sliding over car bonnets.

Parents - good role model for kids 3rd

Girls - they like to read magazines such as the now defunct SmashHits! now probably more into heat and now. Therefore we would do lots of interviews and competitions with these magazines. Appearances on Saturday morning shows on channels like CBBC and CITV.
They will buy lots of merchandise and as they will still be at school we could make pencil cases and accessories such as wristbands and fake tattoos.

Why 5ive?

We thought that the '5ive' track 'Keep on Moving' was suitable for us because not only dfo we like the genre, we also found it practical as we are a group full of boys! We also felt that the Busted experience was extremely useful as well as fun, and we decided that a focus on performance rather than predominantly narrative; the lip synching and dance moves we felt would challenge us but ultimately create an effective pop music video

some useful references here, but this blog needs to move forward super fast if you are to be ready for tomorrow's presentation boys.

you need lots of time together now to make some decisions and firm up your ideas. split up the tasks that need doing so you're all contributing tomight/tomorrow to get things resolved and ready
